I served as both Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) and Program Manager for this tool, which is built around five engineering modules managed by global teams.

Program Manager

  • Used Agile methodologies to lead development of the TND (Technical Node Development) application in the SAP Variant Configurator.
  • TND would enabled customers—including Intel, TSMC, and Samsung, etc —to configure and order these complex machines through a secure online portal.
  • Coordinated weekly meetings with all five global teams—from project kickoff through testing and IT hand-off—ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery.

Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM)

  • Combined Waterfall and Agile approaches to match each project’s needs, typically juggling 10–12 active projects at once.
  • Managed the project-management triangle of scope, schedule, and cost while driving continuous BOM accuracy.
  • Maintained a live BOM of 8,000+ line items for Centris Sym3, adapting to constant engineering changes without disrupting downstream teams.
